These terms describe purchases and use of the Metal Growl Mastery online course. Please read the plan description and checkout details before buying, and keep a copy of your order confirmation.

Video downloads, support and updates

Metal Growl Mastery is a self-paced digital course. You receive lifetime access to the course videos as downloads, plus one year of course support and updates from your purchase date. Lifetime video access means you may keep and use your downloaded copies for your lifetime, for personal use. Save your videos and keep a backup of your downloads. Contact us if you do not receive access or download instructions.

The plan you select determines the included materials. Standard includes the core course, Growl Codex and Discord community access. Advanced includes everything in Standard plus The Vocal Fix Lab. Mastery includes everything in Advanced, including The Vocal Fix Lab, plus the Mastery resources listed on the sales page and at checkout. The Vocal Fix Lab is included in both Advanced and Mastery at their regular prices.

The course and bonuses provide recorded instruction and resources. Individual coaching or private lessons are included only if your order expressly lists them. You need a compatible device and an internet connection to use online course content. Third-party community services have their own terms and account requirements.

Prices and payment

The regular plan prices are Standard US$99, Advanced US$197 and Mastery US$279. Review the selected plan, currency, any applicable taxes, total charge and payment terms shown at checkout before submitting your order. Your order confirmation records your purchase. Contact us promptly if you notice an incorrect charge.

Seven-day refund promise

If you cannot complete the course for any reason within the first seven days after purchase, email Jesse@metalgrowl.com within that period to request a full refund. Include the name and email used for your purchase so the order can be located. A refund ends access to the refunded course and its included materials.

This promise is additional to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content, or any cancellation or withdrawal right that applies to your purchase. Starting to use the course does not by itself waive a legal withdrawal right where the law requires separate express consent and acknowledgment.

Personal use and account security

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to keep and use the downloaded course videos for your lifetime. Course support and updates are included for one year from purchase. Course content remains the property of its respective rights holders. Do not resell, publish, redistribute or share course files or account access without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Keep your login details secure and report suspected unauthorized access.

Learning and vocal practice

The course is educational and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary with experience, practice and individual circumstances; no particular sound or result is guaranteed. Follow the practice guidance and do not force your voice. Stop exercises that cause pain or discomfort, and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for vocal health concerns.

Community participation

Treat other students respectfully. Do not post harassment, unlawful content, other people’s private information, or material you lack permission to share. Community access may be restricted to address misuse. If there is a concern about your account or course access, contact us so it can be reviewed.

Availability and changes

Temporary maintenance or technical interruptions may affect access. Contact us about persistent problems. Course organization and materials may be updated. These changes do not remove your right to keep and use your downloaded videos or your applicable consumer rights. These terms may be updated for future purchases; an update does not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase.
