Information collected

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, account and billing information, purchases, support messages, and any content you choose to submit or share in the course community.
  • Payment information: checkout and payment providers process payment details and transaction information to complete your purchase.
  • Information from using the services: browser and device information, IP address, pages visited, cookie identifiers, and interactions with course content or embedded videos.

How information is used

Information is used to process orders and refunds, provide course access and customer support, communicate about your purchase, keep accounts secure, prevent fraud, understand and improve the website and course, and maintain records required for business and legal purposes. Where permitted, contact information may also be used for course news and offers. You can ask to stop marketing messages at any time.

Service providers and other recipients

The services use ClickFunnels for website, checkout and course functions; payment services such as Stripe; Wistia and YouTube for video; and Discord for the community. These providers receive information needed for their services and may also process information under their own privacy policies. Community content you post may be visible to other members.

The website also uses Meta advertising technology. It can receive identifiers and information about visits or actions on the site for advertising measurement and targeting. This type of disclosure may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Cookies, video and advertising choices

Cookies and similar technologies support account access, checkout, video playback, measurement and advertising. Embedded media and third-party services may set their own cookies or receive device and usage information.

You can manage cookies through your browser and use the privacy or advertising settings offered by the relevant provider. Blocking cookies can affect login, checkout or video functions. To ask about or exercise applicable rights to object to advertising use or opt out of sale or sharing, email Jesse@metalgrowl.com. Browser controls and provider settings do not necessarily stop every type of data collection.

How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the services and handle support, accounting, refunds, disputes, security and legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and purpose. Your lifetime right to use downloaded course videos and the one-year period for course support and updates do not determine how long every business or transaction record must be kept.

International processing and security

Jesse Redheart is based in the United States. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy rules can differ from those in your location. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep your account credentials private and avoid sending payment-card details or sensitive medical information by email or in community posts.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator. Not every right applies in every circumstance.

Send requests to Jesse@metalgrowl.com. Include enough information to identify your account and explain your request. Identity verification may be needed before account information is disclosed or changed. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us to stop receiving them; purchase and account messages may still be necessary.

Children and outside services

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission should contact us so it can be reviewed. Links to other sites and participation in Discord are subject to those services’ own policies and settings.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
